The TPA Real-World Ready Program is an immersive, four-day experience that empowers students to navigate adulthood with clarity and confidence.

Through three interactive sessions and a graduation ceremony, participants will:

About the Instructor

Joey Belsanti — Founder & Director, Twelve Points Academy

Joey Belsanti, from Stow, MA, is the Founder and Director of Twelve Points Academy. He attended Middlesex School in Concord, MA, where he captained both the baseball and football teams. Joey graduated from Bryant University in 2025 with a major in Applied Economics, a concentration in Political Science, and a minor in Finance. At Bryant, he played for the Men’s Rugby Team and was recognized as a 3-time Scholastic All-American. In 2023, while a rising junior at Bryant, Joey founded Twelve Points Academy to combat the financial literacy crisis in the United States and bridge the gap between financial education and students. His mission is to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed personally, financially, and professionally.
